Yesterday, we proudly hosted the FHCP Charity Golf Tournament, our annual event in support of Food Banks Canada | Banques alimentaires Canada to address growing food insecurity across the country. Thanks to the generosity of our participants and sponsors, we raised $18,788—bringing FHCP’s total donations to $186,829 since 2005.
With food insecurity at an all-time high, this support is critical. Food bank usage in Ontario hit a record 587,000 visits in a single month this year, and demand across Canada continues to rise. Food banks are essential in ensuring Canadians have access to food.
